Idea to send:	Topic capital complex Content One of the things the state should do to save the taxpayer money is to put solar panels on every building in the capital complex (except for the capital building). The cost at the beginning would be high however after a couple years these solar panels would more than pay for themselves. On most days in Oklahoma the meter would run backwards making money for the taxpayers. The money saved could then go to giving our hard working state employees a well deserved raise of more than 3%.
