Idea to send:	Topic Tougher Curriculum Content Make the curriculum tougher. If a kid doesn't pass he stays back. Stop the lowering of standards to accomodate the lesser. This way when a child goes to the next grade he is really ready instead of the sliding scale standard. Stop talking about earlier education 5 yrs old is soon enough for all children. WE must bring the parents into the scope of education.
