It should be amended to do so. Other states have experienced this same problem with their statutes . In State v. Glass, 54 P3d 147 (2002) the Washington State Supreme Court found that the Washington state case did not cover this activity. Tulsa County has had a video voyerism case dismissed because the statute does not cover that behavior.
