Idea to send:	Topic City Revenues Content Most cities have a difficult time raising additional revenues since the sales tax is their basic revenue tool. I would like to see legislation allowing the cities to be able to seel their bridges, streets and overpasses to those that may want their name on it. The actual address would not change, but a plaque saying the new name. This would be like selling box seats.
