| Content | Oklahoma's criminal justice system has got to toughen up so that the time is not worth the crime. Criminals in Oklahoma are not afraid of prosecution; they know the "in's & out's," how to get "paper time," which lawyers can get them off, regardless of guilt. Prison should be so horrendous that they don't want to be incarcerated. Once released, programs should be in place to educated and welcome back offenders so they are less likely to become "repeat offenders." |
