Idea to send:	Topic Education Content Parents should be held accountable for helping to educate their children. If a child does not perform at satisfactory or above level on ANY OCCT, the parent should be taxed. Schools spend a lot of time and money educating students and parents should participate as well. The burden cannot be placed soley on schools and educators. It is time for parents to take responsibility for their own children.
