| Content | In many ways Oklahoma is not competitive with many other states. Our Oklahoma company, NPI, worked to perfect a green biodiesel production technology based on a unique (patented)carbon sequestration method of algalculture to safely, efficiently, and economically grow very large quantities of lipid (biodiesel) producing microalgae. We will be commercializing subject green energy technology in another state because of the regulatory barriers in Oklahoma. A competitiveness task force is needed to help identify and remove these barriers. |
