Idea to send:	Topic Transportation Content Oklahoma needs to be far more aggressive in planning and implementing new modes of public transportation to reduce energy use, and take the pressure off some highways. In addition, we need far more R & D (research and development) efforts related to improving the safety and efficiency of our highways -while also finding ways to dramatically reduce costs of highway construction.
