Idea to send:	Topic Lottery Tickets Content I think that it would be a great idea to have a register in gas stations only for lottery tickets. Anyone purchasing a lottery ticket must use this register (none other). It is not fair that I should have to wait in line for 10 minutes to pay for gas, while another customer is standing in front of me constantly buying a ticket and scratching it off. That's not right!
